Dont understand new order place and aff system

I submit new ticket but i got no reply from WHMCS's staff after a long time.

Both order place by different client but:

 

whmcs_1: is listed by username: system processing.

whmcs_2: is listed by username: client processing.

Hello,

 

2nd question is: do you have log recording of "*add**manual

commission*",i'm testing and i see no log under activity page.

 

3rd: i do not understand some number in whmcs_3 and whmcs_4 images, can

you help me ?

- Both number are different, commision in whmcs_3 and whmcs_4 is different.

- i do not find any log related thisaction like add manual commission,

edit under whmcs admin url.

 

You dont have the log but i can firgure out on the webserver log,

illustrated the action and view realtime log i found the action add

manual commission recorded bywebserveras below:

Then i search my old log from begining to the end with commandbelow, i

found nothing.

P/s: i'm make sure client "Khoa Tran" and "Long Pham" do not know each

other and "Khoa Tran" do not click on the afflink of "Long Pham". So how

this commission issue ?
