desquinn
Hi, I had a small setup in phpcoin so I decided to add everything to whcms manually. When adding the entries to whcms I had assigned a pricing regime but now that I have everything in place I want to finalise pricing for domains and hosting packages. When I change the domain pricing on the domains it does not reflect the change on the clients domain. I expected it to update the recurring price on each domain when I updated the renewals price. Am I missing something? cheers
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 4, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 4, 2007 Changing the prices of products or domains will not change the prices of clients who have already signed up. Their price is fixed until you manually alter it from their profile section. Matt
desquinn
Ok, well at least I am not missing something Are there any plans to offer a tool to accomplish mass product, domain pricing changes across clients? If I have a client with 20 domains , I need to go into each one from the clients profile and amend them one at a time which is tedious
Si
You could always do it in the database directly with a command. Si
