WHMCS Windows 64-bit

thomasschmidt93

Question

Hello WHMCS and its community,

I did some research and found that the required IonCube Loader does not exist in 64-bit for Windows. This tells me that WHMCS will not work with 64-bit Apache and 64-bit PHP, is that correct?

And as I can see, IonCube Loader only exist for PHP 5.4, not the latest 5.5?

Can I run WHMCS without IonCube Loader, or is that not recommended? Perhaps an alternative?

Best regards,

Thomas

That's right, you'll need to be using 32-bit PHP and a max version of 5.4.x. Neither ionCube or WHMCS support the current latest stable version of PHP (5.5.3 now) for some reason :(

Hello Malfunction,

Thank you very much for your answer.

Is there any way, that I can use Apache 64-bit with PHP 5.4.x 32-bit and IonCube 32-bit?
