Zazoos
What? LOL! I received this auto email last night. I had renewed the domain name two days before. Why did I get this? And why would the date not have updated? The email clearly contradicts itself, too. In the subject, it recognizes the correct expiration date of over a year from now, but the body shows what is reflected in my whmcs. Hmmmmmmm "The domain(s) listed below are going to expire in 380 days. Renew now before it's too late... xxxxxxxxxx.com - 09/17/2013 (15 Days) To ensure the domain does not expire, you should renew it now."
Zazoos
Today the system created 14 invoices out of the blue to clients who have not been active for years telling them they owe for domains they have not owned for years. What is going on here? The dates are screwy too! This is a notice that an invoice has been generated on 09/03/2013. Your payment method is: PayPal Invoice #4431 Amount Due: $14.99 USD Due Date: Invoice Items Domain Renewal - xxxxxx.com - 1 Year/s (00/00/0000 - 11/29/2000) $14.99 USD ------------------------------------------------------ Sub Total: $14.99 USD Credit: $0.00 USD Total: $14.99 USD ------------------------------------------------------
