Password resets not getting through to users - Help

hi

I moved domain names a few days ago.

Since then tickets have been coming through OK but Ive had some users say they cannot log in properly to whm and cpanel. All I did was move the database as whmcs stated.

If they could log into log a ticket then it shows that the database is OK.

I then advised to reset their password from the client area.

originally the email arrived to the customer

they click on the link and it takes them to website to click on another link to send the email with their new password

This is where it falls over and no email is sent/arrived

Today

not even the 1st email arrives

Yesterday I could send the email to reset direct from WHMCS admin are but today that doesnt work also.

Has anybody else had this in whmcs 5.2.7 or know what I can do to change ?

I have updated all email settings to send from new email address.

Regards

Martyn

WHMCS doesn't do this anymore, the first email includes a link to login and enter your new password - it is no longer sent by email... the second email just confirms the password has been changed.

a couple of links below may help.
