Mr.vdzee
When a customer of my company is sending a suppor request to my support department the mail is received in the support mailbox. When i run manual the pop import (pipe/pop.php), it shows .. 1 email. After refreshing that page .. the counter is set to 0 but no support ticket is opened in WHMCS.. The customer is using gmail. When he sends a support question from another domain .. there's no problem... What to do?
Damo
Are there any messages in the email ticket import log? (Utilities -> Logs -> Support Ticket Mail Import Log) Maybe it's being blocked by filtering rules?

Damo
Is the 'customer' an address that your testing from? If that address is also setup as an admin user email address, or a support department email address, it will not work.

Damo
I recall doing the same thing years ago when I first set up WHMCS. Glad it's got you moving along.
