snake Posted August 2, 2013 Share Posted August 2, 2013 We were using Sagepay repeats, and found that when customers updated their cards, WHMCS carried on using the old card. It would only update the card if customer made a manual payment, which of course they had no idea they needed to do. So WHMCS support told use to switch to SAGEPAY TOKENS which fixes this problem. Alas this has now caused us even more issues as cards are now failing left right and center with errors like:- StatusDetail => 3051 : The CardNumber field is required. - even though the card number has been entered StatusDetail => 3068 : The PaymentSystem invalid. StatusDetail => 3190 : The token value format is invalid. Is anyone else having issues with Sagepay Tokens ? we also upgraded to 5.2.7, didn't help. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
