ADz83
Is is possible in some way, maybe via a mod or addon to show a column with product/service names on the manage orders page? Been looking but not come up with anything.
jclarke
In general the Admin side of WHMCS is a lot more difficult to customize than the client area. In the client area between the hook system and templates you can change/do just about anything you can think of. In the admin area they don't use templates for most of what you see so the only way to change what is displayed is by using and AdminAreaPage hook to send jQuery/javascript commands via the jquerycode. So it's possible but it would take some work.

Do you have a rough estimate on how much you think it would cost?
jclarke
Yes, this is something I could do for you but it would take 1-2 hours to put together. I will send you an PM with my hourly rate.
ADz83
Hi, thanks for reply/offer. Unfortunately I cant afford this amount at the moment, I was hoping it would be a quick mod/smaller fee. Would like the feature though so may take you up on offer in future. Thanks.
jclarke
Yeah, it isn't a quick thing since it needs to be hacked together with javascript since there isn't a template to edit. You can also put in a feature request with WHMCS to add this at https://requests.whmcs.com/, it would be much easier for them since they can just modify the php.
