Piping working on cPanel (but 2 strange errors)

Hi,

I've eventually managed to get email piping working in my cPanel, but I have 2 issues.

The first is that there are 2 identical replies sent back to the sender.

I've read the kb article about this happening to Direct Admin and commenting out the 'unseen' item in the exim.conf. But this doesn't apply to me (I don't think).

The second error is that, while the tickets are created successfully, and the emails sent to the client (albeit 2 of them), it also sends a Mail Delivery Failed message to the customer with this:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

pipe to |/home/mydomain/public_html/clients/pipe/pipe.php

generated by pipe@mydomain.co.uk

Any ideas?

Hey,

In SSH, CD into your, /etc/valiases folder and find your domain name, open up the file.

Do you see your email (pipe@mydomain.co.uk) with the correct path? Should look, something like.

(support@domain.com: |/home/user/public_html/support/pipe/pipe.php )

From,

Adam
