5.2.6 - No support ticket notifications?

I've upgraded to Version: 5.2.6 today.


I note that now, when a support ticket is created I am not receiving the usual email notification that a support ticket has been entered. Anyone else having this problem or can offer a solution?

Funnily enough I'm seeing the same... albeit with 5.1.8...


I suspect that something has been changed in how the mails are constructed, that is perhaps causing extra AV scanning. I've enabled extra debug on our mail server but need to find time to analyse the results.


Something has definitely changed somewhere, I agree that the mails are instantaneously queued on the mail server, but I noticed it the moment after upgrading to 5.1.8. Nothing else was changed on the mail servers.
