ckh Posted July 24, 2013 Share Posted July 24, 2013 I just upgraded today, twice already as I upgraded the first time and then when I came back, found another upgrade. Rather time consuming when you have 3 whmcs instances to update and they don't provide an incremental. As with others, I'm showing I'm running 5.3.0 and a new version is available, 5.2.6 Main issue, when I click the ticket tab, a Filter Ticket section shows up on the side for further filtering. It's now broken. The status drop down shows: Any Awaiting Reply (1) Flagged Tickets (1) All Active Tickets (4) Open (1) Answered (1) Customer Reply (1) On Hold (1) In Progress (1) Closed (815) which seems accurate enough. However, if I click the Filter button and select: Any - No tickets are displayed Awaiting Reply - All tickets are displayed, not good Flagged - no results, not good All Active Tickets - no results, should show 4 tickets Open - 1 ticket, good Answered - shows 4, good Customer Reply - 1 ticket, good On Hold - 1 ticket, good In progress - 1 ticket, good Closed - shows closed tickets, good.
