leemason Posted July 22, 2013 Share Posted July 22, 2013 The WHMCS Call Logs module is designed to allow you easy access to a log of all your encounters via phone with your customers. Keeping track of who you have called and when is key to some business and in general makes being informed much easier. Have a large team? providing access to this module for all your workers means you can reduce duplication (and customer complaints) regarding multiple calls from different agents. The module provides a very simple interface on the client summary page where you can view the last 5 calls to the customer (theres a link to view all history for the client).
