Adding amount to payments

I would like to add 0.50 cents to each paypal and Ideal transfer on my website to their invoice. Someone mentioned to do this by adding Taxes but that doesn't seem to be the answer.. How can I add this?

Also, if I want certain packages only to be paid by Ideal or moneytransfer and not Paypal, where can I set how they can pay for each package?

there is a free module that allows you to add the paypal transaction fees to the invoice... the amount can be edited in the module I think, but it is a percentage rather than a fixed amount...

there is a feature request for gateway fees - you may want to add your support...

other than that, I think you might have to absorb the cost and change the pricing for everyone.

I don't think you can - so it might be useful to request it...

personally, i'd like to offer additional payment methods to existing clients... i.e i'd have no worries about any current customers paying by check/cheque for new orders, but currently only gateways enabled on the order form can be used.
