Customer Feedback not noted?

Hi there


We have been setting up our new service and running tests on it.

When a person submits a new support ticket, all works lovely :)


When they have completed their support, they are sent email to rate etc.


We did a test run on this and rated support 10 (of course) and then gave some notes


Once this is sent, where can ADMIN access this data and see how Support Desk Ops are performing and see

customer replies etc.


I go to the main Support Area as admin and see stats from the supportcenter.php link.

But I do not see anywhere the feedback a client has given a support ticket response/handler etc.


Where do I find this on WHMCS admin area?
