This looks like a godsend piece of software since using MB for almost 2 years and having aged 10 years in the process.
What I'm wondering is, if I import my MB clients, will their logins (usernames and passwords) change or stay the same?
I want to try and achieve as smooth a transition if possible.
I also run kayako and rather than wait on the integration script, would be happy to use the inbuilt support in the one package, but we have a massive ticket history and almost more importantly our knowledgebase in kayako is quite extensive. Can the tickets and/or knowledgebase be imported into the existing KB in WHMCS?
Thanks for what I'm convinced already is a major stress reliever and business tool.
