hypuk
Hi there I'm having problem with a blank page on product checkout, it only seems to happen when I click on "I will update my nameservers on a exisiting domain" I enter my existing domain and when I click on the "click to continue" button, it goes blank. Any ideas? My url is:- http://www.maja-media.co.uk/billing Regards Mark
brian!
take a look at the page below, and see if any of the suggestions there resolves your issue. http://docs.whmcs.com/Blank_Pages
hypuk
I've had a look at the wiki already and no errors are displayed when I turn display errors on
brian!
then it might be a gateway or registrar module that causing in... first thought might be to enable another payment option (say mail in payment), disable paypal and see if that makes any difference.
hypuk
Changed payment gateway and deactivated registrar and still the same output
brian!
the next to try would be to change template and/or order form.... don't change both at the same time, change one and see if it helps, then change the other and try again...
hypuk
Tried that and still the same, it only happens if I click the "update my nameservers" option, if I go through the process of registering a domain, it takes me to Paypal
brian!
we'll get there! it might not be this, but just check anyway.. in admin, setup, products, products, find your hosting group and click edit (on the group itself not a product inside the group) and see if the order form template is set to default (if it's set to a specific form, this will override the default settings in "Ordering")... I think by default you're using "vibrant" (looks like that for domains anyway), but for hosting its "web20cart"
hypuk
Haha I hope so I've tried the default order form, and the web20cart and still the same and yeah I'm using the Vibrant template
brian!
as a test, I just switched my site to use vibrant to try and reproduce your problem, but I couldn't and the ordering worked fine. is the shared hosting group set to use the default template, or is it using its own ? ideally set it to use vertical steps and see if that helps... can you clear your template cache - goto Admin -> Utilities -> System -> System Cleanup -> Empty Template Cache it might be a javascript clash, or something is configured incorrectly (I'm thinking the second)... you may need to contact support and give them your admin login so they can have a look around. note - clear the template cache first before switching order form templates.
brian!
one further thing you might want to consider is re-installing the latest version v5.2.5, plus security patch. in fact, I should have asked - you are using v5.2.5 aren't you ?
