neilstudy
Hi, I have just updated to 5.25 and domain ordering appears to be broken If you go here: https://www.studyhost.net/support/domainchecker.php and add a domain, it redirects to: https://www.studyhost.net/support/cart.php?a=add&domain=register add a domain here and it just loops and doesn't go any further, I had it all set up with enom under 5.2 and everything was fine, but now it won't order. Has anyone encountered anything similar? Cheers
brian!
does the same thing happen if you change order forms ? another error on your site occurs when you choose hosting, select starter, choose UK and transfer domain... enter a domain, check availability and then the product selection box just greys out... is that a javascript / jquery error ? our v5.2.5, using the modern order form, is working fine - so I don't think it's a general issue, it's likely something you haven't uploaded, or a conflict caused by the update and any changes you've made to the template or order form.
neilstudy
Yeah, but the wierd thing is it happens even when the custom template is turned off, as you can see now its set to default.
