I have WHMCS installed on a Windows Server....no issues at all and been like it for nearly a year without a fault due to the Win installation. I enabled the WHMCS Cron Job Activity email sending recently and noticed that each email shows zero invoices and other stats created even though there have been. I have checked WHMCS logs as well as WSP (WebsitePanel) and neither show any warnings or errors whatsoever.
