There is a known bug in 5.2.5 when adding configurable options to a manual order, it will not live update the order summary.

 

A work around for this now is to manually change either Billing Cycle or Quantity of the product and it will update the configurable options in the order summary.

 

This is to be released fixed in the 5.3 branch.
