Anyone got WHMCS working with Office 365?

WHMCS current Version = 5.2.5.

Hi All,

I am trying to get WHMCS to connect with a mailbox within Office 365, While I am aware of the correct settings, and have added this information to the MAIL settings within WHMCS, it is still unable to connect and send email. The idea is to use the Support@domain.com to send emails from WHMCS, Plus i would like it poll emails from this same account to create tickets.

SMTP setting

Server name: smtp.office365.com

Port: 587

Encryption method: TLS

Has anyone been able to do this? If so did you have a guide?

Thanks

Hi,

I have just changed the mail settings from SMTP to PHP() mail, and it sent the email from the support address. Of course i left all the information within fields. Not sure if it should work like that, but it appears to be working.

Next is the ticket creation, I have created the department, entered all the details for the support address and then created a cron job for that pop.

If you set it to PHP(), then you are using the system to send the email and not office.

You need to enable per account, it's in the settings after you logged in that particular account you want to enable

Were can i find it?
