sthncross Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 After upgrade to 5.2.5 now customers can't register new domains or order a web hosting that include a new domain. I have submitted a support ticket for this issue 2 days ago and I am still waiting for solution, the response I got DOES NOT WORK and customers can not registered a domain name and a hosting plan. I know this issue has been raised on the bug report forum but while I am a paying customer I still have not got a solution. You are making money from me but my customers cant pay me and potential customers are going somewhere else. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
antoniojeldres Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 I have same issue, this affect the defaul cart and other two. It seems that the upgrade didn't included these cart options. I had to choose (for now) another cart option in Setup-General settings-ordering. Whmcs also removed options to download transactions to excel using the transaction list.
