WHMCS Chris
Hello, Have you submitted a support ticket for this? If so, what's the ticket ID? There's probably more questions needed to answer this.
lance
Hi Chris, No, no ticket submitted yet for this, thought would ask the forum first. Will submit one now.

WHMCS Chris
Sounds good - I'm moving this out of the bug queue as it's not a bug.

Blueberry3.14
Any chance you could share the details of what was the problem? I'm having a similar issue, only on v5.1.7. There's nothing in the server error logs, in fact from the logs it doesn't look like anything is being submitted, though they do get redirected to the login page. I've tried it myself a couple of times, and it's not working, though it was before (the last time someone registered without buying anything). Weird thing is, the process of registering works fine when it's done during the purchasing process/from the cart. I thought of doing a complete reinstall of 5.1.6 (then upgrade to 5.1.7), but if there' s something I could check first, that would be helpful. The NOC where the server is is doing a mass kernel upgrade (which requires a reboot), and have requested a 48 hour window. I don't want to submit a ticket and have someone else on the server when it goes down.
lance
I went from 5.2.4 to 5.2.5 and it seemed to self rectify when Chris was good enough to test it.
Blueberry3.14
OK, thanks for the reply. I've got 5.2.5 on a test subdomain, looks like I should bite the bullet and get the template customizations transferred so I can upgrade. Either that or reinstall 5.1.6.
