R-n-R Posted May 13, 2013 Share Posted May 13, 2013 Never had this issue before. Had a client login to their account and accidentally cancel their account. Want go into why, long story, but they did do it by mistake. So now I have a hosting account that shows to have a cancellation request and they do NOT want to cancel. For those that might run into the same issue should a client cancel an account and then afterwards change their mind. The problem was I was, what seemed to me the most obvious location, looking in the clients account on their Product Services page. Nothing. Finally found it at Clients > Cancellation Requests and then just delete from the list of cancellations. Simple enough once you figure it out.
