Ticket Department Reassigned email

The email for Ticket Department Reassigned is not working ok, the only ones who get those emails are the "old" department.

 

For example:

 

I have a Sales request on the Support department. If i assign that ticket to the sales department, the only ones who get the email about the change are the ones in Support department. The sales department never notices about it.
