Beekingo Posted May 6, 2013 Share Posted May 6, 2013 The email for Ticket Department Reassigned is not working ok, the only ones who get those emails are the "old" department. For example: I have a Sales request on the Support department. If i assign that ticket to the sales department, the only ones who get the email about the change are the ones in Support department.
