epretorious
I accidentally deleted a client's order (Shared Web Hosting [on Plesk]) after accepting it because the order's status was still marked "pending" even though it had been created. (This happens a lot when processing orders for Plesk Shared Web Hosting.) Then I added the product to the client's catalog of Products/Services and marked the product as "active". However, when I try to set the password for the shared web hosting product, WHMCS complains: Module Command ErrorError Code: 1019 - Specified password is invalid What does this error code mean? Why won't WHMCS change the user's password?
epretorious
I believe that WHMCS is complaining because the user's password is not already stored in the WHMCS database tables. Here's the solution: Set+Save the user's password first. And then change the user's password (Client's Profile -> Products/Services -> Change Pasword).
