TLD Dropdown is blank, I get the error "The domain you entered is not valid #"

Hi everyone, I'm new. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I've been searching for a while and haven't found anything.

 

Under "Order New Services" on step two there is the option to choose a domain name. It looks like there is supposed to be a dropdown with the types of TLD offered, but it's empty, and furthermore, when I click on "Click to Continue >>" I get a red notice that says "The domain you entered is not valid #"

hi go to setup>Products/Services>Domain Pricing Then Put in your TLD's And do Price List Hope it helps .com .co.uk
