change credit balance manually feature removed from client profile ??

Hi there,

 

I upgraded to the last version of whmcs 5.2.3 and I didn't find the feature inside the client profile !! Hope it was not removed in the new version coz it's very handy dont want to change the credit from phpmyadmin

 

Anyone has the same problem ? ?

View customer's summary page. Under 'Invoices and Billing' select MANAGE CREDITS.

I know this tip you explained. I've been using WHMCS for years now.

 

I mean that there was an option before to change the credit manually from the client profile without adding or removing credit processes.

see the screenshot you will find that I removed all adding or removing transactions and the client credit is 20 !!

(I can change it from phpmyadmin but was easy from the whmcs client profile)

 

Hope someone from WHMCS check it out coz it's important for me.

This has been intentionally removed to prevent credit balance adjustments that have no record of why they were done. You can still adjust the credit balance either up or down via the credit log, you just have to provide a reason for why you've done it.

Okey then .. I think it's better for security reasons also to be records for financial revisions
