Even though I check the box to 'remember me', it never does and I have to log in every time I go to the admin section. The tickets no longer have any formatting. They used to have the nice grey box around each reply, buttons and name on the left, message on the right, now it looks like one big runon sentence. The daily cron email is all jumbled together like one runon sentence as well and is very hard to read. Alistair Posted April 24, 2013 Share Posted April 24, 2013 This sounds like a browser/cookie/cache issue. Have you cleared your cache? Does your browser allow cookies?
