[5.2.3] Cron job is not termination free accounts from cancellation requests

Recommended Posts

Hello,

After upgrading to 5.2.3 I've noticed that free accounts which I use for allowing potential customers to test hosting without paying are not being terminated anymore. They just "sit" in Cancellation requests lists and nothing is happening to them. Hosting accounts which are non-free and have cancellation requests are being terminated correctly. Can someone confirm this too?

Example: cron job has just been runned (3:30 PM) and in cron job email I see:

Starting Processing Cancellation Requests

...

...

- Processed 2 Cancellations

but I had active 17 cancellation requests where only two of them where "End of billing period" type so only 2 of 15 immediate cancellations where terminated correctly. If I terminate hosting account manually it is being terminated without any problems.

Regards

P.S. I've submitted this issue using bug submission form on 22:30 03.04.2013 but no one from WHMCS team didn't responded yet so I thought it would be good if someone from forum could confirm this issue.
