harrip Posted April 8, 2013 Share Posted April 8, 2013 Has something changed with the way flagged tickets work in the latest release of WHMCS? Previously, you'd flag one support operator that you've flagged a ticket to them and only they would receive an email notification of the flagged ticket. I've opened case #2046 with our developers in order to have this resolved for future releases. Unfortunately, I cannot provide an estimated time for completion for this.
