Ticket Flagged Notifications

Has something changed with the way flagged tickets work in the latest release of WHMCS?


Previously, you'd flag one support operator that you've flagged a ticket to them and only they would receive an email notification of the flagged ticket. Now, both the person flagging the ticket and the person receiving the flagged ticket gets the notification.

I've been advised this will be fixed in a future release:


"I've been able to replicate this issue on my end as well, and do find this to be an issue within the software. I've opened case #2046 with our developers in order to have this resolved for future releases. Unfortunately, I cannot provide an estimated time for completion for this.
