what does "One Time No Branding $324.95" mean?

I am new user here, i do not know much more about whmcs. I was planning to start providing web hosting. Then i came across with this link: http://www.whmcs.com/order-now/

I just want to know what does "One Time No Branding $324.95" mean? does it mean i will have to pay 324.95$ just once in my whole life to use whmcs services or i will have to pay something else tooo yearly or monthly basis ???

 

plz guide me as soon as possible, i want to configure this whmcs services on http://www.helponlinejobs.com

One time no branding means you pay once for the software, without the public facing "powered by WHMCS" tagline. You keep the software forever, though access to support and upgrades is a nominal yearly fee (~$50).
