Parent account with sub accounts

I have a client who runs several websites each with their own team looking after them. I need to create a main account for the client but also several sub accounts for each website team. The sub accounts will be lodging tickets that will acrue billable hours. At the end of the month I will be billing the main account for any ticket lodged by the sub accounts.

 

Is this possible with WHMCS?

Yes.

 

Each sub account had a set of permissions so you can enable them to login, request support, etc and to not receive or see invoices. The invoices can be sent only to the person you nominate.
