bizzymama Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 Since our upgrade to 5.2.2, when a cancel request is placed, the admin notification email that is sent includes the information input by the client that gives their reason for wanting to cancel, but on the whmcs cancel request page, every reason is given as "End of Billing Period". R-n-R Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 Glad I have waited to upgrade. One of the Addon developers I trust alot told me the 5.2.X release has not been the best. Which is a real shame.
