[UNCONFIRMED] Product/Services drop down box empty after upgrade

Hello,

We recently upgraded one of our licenses from 4.0.5 to 5.1.5 and after completion we noticed that the drop down box for "Product/Service" on the "Product/Services" tab for all clients is simply empty.

 

In addition if you click on the "Upgrade/Downgrade" button the "New Product/Service" drop down is empty.

 

Please note that all products and plans are still listed under "Setup > Product/Services > Product Services")

Something else to note is that our daily backup naming scheme was changed...

 

i.e. the files are normally in a similar format:

 

user_dir_backup__20130321_xxxxxx.zip

user_dir_backup__20130322_xxxxxx.zip

user_dir_backup__20130323_xxxxxx.zip

 

Today's backup was as follows:

 

_backup_20130324_xxxxxx.zip
