arussell
5.2.2 trashed our WHMCS install's pricing. No-one cares that our main storefront has been down for TWENTY HOURS. We've not even heard from WHMCS in 19 hours. andy40
Not a surprise this is what happens when a company gets to big.
mikie
This is true but dont you guys have backups? Im still at 5.1.3 and wont upgrade any further for now. Im not seeing these issues at 5.1.3 so i guess i was lucky. But surely, you guys can roll back. If not, you've got some serious planning to do for future.
D9Hosting
We had the same issue, but there is a patch available - if they haven't replied send me a PM and I can send you the patch we received. And to revert the prices back to their original values, you just need to restore the tblpricing table from your database backup.
Alex - Arvixe
Should have a backup and restored.it the moment you noticed such problems. Wouldn't say whmcs doesn't care they are just dealing with a lot right now and a lot of people

I certainly wouldn't be sat there twiddling my thumbs waiting for someone else to resolve the issue. If you don'y have backups then simply update the prices manually...

Saves having to share your login details, waiting times etc... and your business will be able to resume more quickly.
merlinpa1969
Im just curious, didnt any of you upgrade in a dev setup first, why in the world would you jump in with both feet on a new feature release on your LIVE site,
openmind
Nope that would make too much sense. I seriouslydoubt anyone here has more than a couple of hundred active products so the time to fix is minimal...
