im not sure if it is whmcs's problem or my server,

because i check the HDD of my dedicated server and server load,it is fine.

when i upgrade to WHMCS V5.1.5,

it SEEMS when i reply ticket,it take seconds to save my tickets,

but i never get the issue.

That is likely going to be an issue on your side, we thousands upon thousands of tickets and we are not seeing any real delay when responding to tickets or otherwise.

I saw a ticket response delay a few days ago. I think it was the same day 5.2.1 was released. It was a very sudden and noticeable delay in posting a response to a ticket, with no server load issues to account for it. Everything else I did was fine--only ticket responses were slow, and it only lasted maybe an hour or so.

Once it cleared up I didn't really worry about it any longer, but seeing this thread and thinking back, it may have been the Mandrill service that caused the delay. We send WHMCS email through the mandrill transactional email service and it could have been that the SMTP transactions were taking longer than usual. You might look into factors such as that if the slowdown you are experiencing is only in the ticket response area.
