Waiting for over a week to get a migration done :(

Hello,

 

It's migrating your files & database. An upgrade of the database and files must be done separately to ensure everything will work in accordance with the files. To plainly answer, as it's currently in progress it would be done in a separate request.

 

We offer an upgrade service which ensures the upgrade is complete, as well as that any custom template modifications remain:

Good luck getting it done any time in the next 3-4 weeks. I imagine they're still dealing with the tens of thousands of support tickets caused by the release of 5.2.xx

 

Hopefully not with someone being assigned yesterday. But yeah they must be dealing with loads, I guess the distributor program would also be causing higher tickets about billing migration etc...

I will buy that right after the migration is done. Its just nerve wreking with only 9 days to go to my old server being shut off

Hello,

We emailed you today asking you to correct an issue on your servers side and have yet to hear back from you.

 

Due to the details in the ticket, I recommend that communications be held solely through the ticket system. We've not been able to access your server since you've opened the ticket which is why this process has been delayed. The quicker you are able to resolve issues on your end, the quicker we can assist.
