Custom Staff Module WHMCS Quote needed

Hello,

 

I am looking for a custom WHMCS module to be created and update for me. Here is what I am looking for:

 

I want a Module which will help me manage tickets with my staff. Every time a new ticket is opened by a client, it will go to a new staff member on a rotary system.

 

The first ticket will go to the first staff member, the second ticket to the second staff member. If I have three staff members, when it gets to the fourth ticket being opened it will then go to the first staff member. This means all my staff members will have an equal amount of tickets to do. I basically only want to allow staff access to tickets the automatic cycle gives them.

 

Another example....

 

If I had 10 staff accounts all on the support department, when a new ticket is created, it will go to staff #1, the second ticket being opened will go to staff #2, the third ticket being opened will go to Staff #3 and so on. When it gets to the 11th ticket being opened, it will then go to Staff #1 again, and the 12 opened ticket will go to Staff #2 and so on.

 

Please note this will only apply to new tickets being opened, and if a client responds to a ticket it will stay with that staff member UNLESS the staff member manually moves the ticket to another staff member.
