fws_hosting
**Originally posted this in the wrong forum, sorry for the re-post** Hello, I'm troubled with an issue that I cannot figure out myself... In my "Activity Log" it shows the error message I've included in the subject, but also here: Smarty Error: unable to read resource: ".../pageheader.tpl" Any direction you may be able to share with me so I can resolve this error? Thanks!
fws_hosting
Hello, This issue has been resolved, was self-caused by copying some unnecessary coding from a previous template I created. I've removed reference to that file (pageheader.tpl) and the issue resolved itself. You can delete this thread if desired. Thanks.
durangod
I also had the same error and found this thread. You may be wrong about removing the reference. The file does exist, pageheader.tpl is in the default template directory. So i copied it over to the portal and also to my custom portal. There are several files that link to this tpl file, and that cannot be just a coincidence and it does not look like custom work because i document everything i do inside my files and there was no note. So thats why i say you may want to put that reference back and then just copy the tpl file from the default to the portal or to your custom portal dir. It is better to just add the file than it is to change the links in the other files to look in default. I never notice this error before, very strange.
