knet Posted March 14, 2013 Share Posted March 14, 2013 (edited) I upgraded my WHMCS from 5.1.3 to 5.2.1 Today a customer informed me that he cannot get his new password for his client area after he clicks on the link at the pasword renewal mail. I checked and noticed that a renewal link is sent to the customer's mail, and after the link is clicked, a message at the page appears that pasword renewal was successful. But no new password is sent by mail. Anyone facing this problem? I use a customized theme but I don't think that this is something theme related. EDIT: Just now noticed that davet opened ar topic here informing that customer cannot change his Cpanel account password. I also checked this and saw that an empty page opens after the password change and the pass does not change. Lots of bugs with this new version???
