[RESOLVED] Problem with Live Help Messenger in WHMCS 5.2

License Invalid

You do not appear to have an active Live Chat Addon for WHMCS.

If you only purchased it recently, you may just need to force a local key update

in your WHMCS installation by going to Help > Check for Updates to clear this message.

The check for updates is not working. The message is still blocking any access to the admin area of live help. Any access via Software is blocked too with the message:

We had a similar issue, plus our entire clientarea failed to load while LiveHelp was enabled.

This was the response from WHMCS support:

Hello,

We're still working on a solution for the Live Chat addon - we'll release an update for this via the normal channels, blog, twitter, facebook. Temporarily disabling this is the current resolution unfortunately.

Best Regards,

Chris
