If you only purchased it recently, you may just need to force a local key update in your WHMCS installation by going to Help > Check for Updates to clear this message. The check for updates is not working. The message is still blocking any access to the admin area of live help. jaarons Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 We had a similar issue, plus our entire clientarea failed to load while LiveHelp was enabled. This was the response from WHMCS support: Hello,We're still working on a solution for the Live Chat addon - we'll release an update for this via the normal channels, blog, twitter, facebook.
