Sounds like WHMCSDesigns has had some issues, got this in an email:

Last week we incurred some data loss on our server which resulted in us losing our customer database and unfortunately our backups. This affected all customers who signed up prior to 03/04/2014.

Our team of experts have just finished writing a program to rebuild our customer database pulling data from the WHMCS New Order emails.

Everything has been restored now and you'll still be able to log in to the client area and access your products as usual.

You should have now received an e-mail from us with a new password to login to our client area. Apologies to anybody who tried to log in and was unable to over the past couple of days.

To make up for any inconvenience caused we will be crediting all customers with 12 months of additional support effective immediately.

In other news, we're now back up to speed and making final preparations for the launch of our new theme, Flat!

We would also like to take this opportunity to welcome our new lead developer to the team, Bob Shannon. Bob has over 5 years experience in *properly* integrating WHMCS from small web hosts to large-scale companies. He has spent the past month working closely with our team tweaking our themes and fixing bugs. If you'd like to see what tailor-made solutions we can offer you then simply open a ticket with our Expert Integration Department.

And as always, if you have any questions or comments feel free to Contact Us.

Thanks for choosing WHMCSDesigns!

No regular backups saved to dropbox or someones computer?
