BodgeIT
I have the files they used to get into my whmcs. Should I pass these on to you or just delete?

DavidBee
Was your WHMCS secured?
BodgeIT
I would submit a ticket to whmcs. Difficult to do that. My license comes through my hoster. It's registered to them rather than me. They would have to submit a ticket and they won't. Was your WHMCS secured? Yes, using the recommendations here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Further_Security_Steps
merlinpa1969
I would suggest sending a PM to one of the staff here and explain the situation 1 Explain that you were hacked and would like to provide the details and files and how would they like you to handle it since your reseller wont 2 in that same PM give full details of the reseller to the staff and let them deal with the issue of refusing to deal with the situation
openmind
You can submit a ticket directly to WHMCS even if your license is provided by a reseller here: https://www.whmcs.com/members/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=13

bear
Was this installation isolated from hosted customers, as in on a VPS by itself or something of that nature?
