i see error log in admin panel area.when i go in Setup>Payment Gateways

 

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

did you enable some gateway before error ? can you delete it from /modules/gateways in your ftp ?

could also turn on debug in config and visit the page again it should spew some error message if theirs a problem with the php or a related file in which case you should get a stack trace. Of course check your error log for your web server too as with debug mode you can get more detailed error information from it.
