tkalfaoglu Posted February 12, 2013 Share Posted February 12, 2013 Hi there. A customer complained that she couldn't pay with her credit card which normally works everywhere else. So I attempted a capture, and it said no credit card details are stored (or maybe I got that from the grayed-out Attempt To Capture button).. Weird. Customer already on the phone, so I asked her for the CC details.. I went into the main Summary page clicked credit card details and entered her CC details. Saved, it said successfully saved. Attempted a capture, it gave a generic error, see gateway log. Nothing in gateway log.. Turned on debug, tried again. Still nothing. Tried again, it said no credit card details are stored for this customer!
