kenwardc
Hi Folks We sell telephone lines as a part of our service in the UK. However, we have always had a problem when the wholesaler gives us the breakdown of customers calls and we usually end up not charging the customer because it's such a pain to recreate the breakdown for them. Does anyone know of an add-on or app in WHMCs that would take care of this? Cheers Chris
chiddy
Hi there, What format & layout does your wholesaler provide to you? Depending on the format, this would generally be something external from WHMCS I believe. -Lochie
kenwardc
Ah - thanks for the reply. I was hoping there would be something within an app or add-on that would help us to import and automate the billing for call breakdown. kenwardc
Hi there, I can have the breakdown in either CSV or Sage. Here's hoping someone can help because without it we are doomed to do each invoice manually, which will be a complete nightmare. othellotech
If it's in CSV then you can code (or have coded) something to parse tat and create the invoices - if you want a quote, PM me
