Hi there, I'd suggest just using a third party tool that gives 100x the information WHMCS offers. http://www.jotform.com has never failed me, I'd recommend it. They have a lot of options when it comes to styling & information. You can track IP's, add facebook connect fields & so much more. -Lochie

Hi there, The fields remain blank regardless of if the WHM package is configured correctly. If you copy and paste the package name from WHM, there is no reason why it wouldn't be functional. If you really want to check, try a sandbox style test. Possibly setup a duplicate of your current package (within WHMCS), make it unlisted and set the price to 0. Then just order it and check what the limits are in cPanel. Best of luck -Lochie

Hi there, This may take a little bit more effort then you might be anticipating but, I would suggest that considering WHMCS's cookie system, you could integrate a redirect from the affiliate link to a custom landing page. As far as my knowledge reaches, WHMCS does not support this out of the box. Could be something for the recommendation topic. -Lochie

Hi there, You could troubleshoot what will happen on a test account. Basically, that user's existing email accounts will exist but they won't be able to send or receive emails due to being over disk quota. The email accounts won't disappear. Next, the user won't be able to use the account because they will be over disk quota as well, so no contents could be uploaded. The site would continue working for the existing files. Again, you can always test the questions being asked to see the results by setting low levels such as 10MB and 1 email account then putting a test account into that package. -Lochie

Hi there, I believe that this is not an issue with WHMCS, but with Paypal. Login to your PayPal account and change your PayPal "Profile" payment receiving preferences to not block payments from non-US PayPal members. -Lochie

Hi there, I'm currently editing the original version of the default theme that comes with WHMCS. I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the domain lookup form box length. I've looked through almost every css tag attached to the homepage and can't find the right one What I'm trying to do is to have a youtube video next to the domain lookup, but the domain form goes too far and pushes the video onto another line.
