ghostmouse
I've set up my servers, and I'm trying to add products based on packages that already exist within WHM. I've added the services, but all of the input fields in WHMCS stay blank, and I want to be sure that it's actually pulling that information from WHM. I got no error when adding it, but I'm kind of scared that it's not pulling the additional information. Is there a way to check? Should those fields be empty, even after I've selected the WHM package? Edit: For clarification, I was wondering specifically about the module settings, where you set limits on the packages. chiddy
Hi there, The fields remain blank regardless of if the WHM package is configured correctly. If you copy and paste the package name from WHM, there is no reason why it wouldn't be functional. If you really want to check, try a sandbox style test. Possibly setup a duplicate of your current package (within WHMCS), make it unlisted and set the price to 0. Then just order it and check what the limits are in cPanel.
