We really need Helpdesk SLA Response Times

Hi all,

 

From my own personal experience on of the most important things that is missing on the build in WHMCS helpdesk, is the feature of set and define SLA response times per ticket, client, group, product or service.

 

This is a must for every company that needs to meet support SLA response times.

 

So i have already open a New Feature Request at:

If you also need this feature please go to the link and vote, in order that WHMCS team consider implement this in a near future.

 

Just one final note to say that this SLA Response times should work, like for example Kayako heldpesk does.
